Distance Learning Program (DLP) on the Rules of Conduct and Ethical Behavior in the Civil Service aims to provide you with basic knowledge of the norms of conduct and other pertinent provisions of RA 6713. Short case studies are included as part of the learning content, to emphasize and enliven some ethical issues or dilemmas.
