The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No.1 (CSC-RO1) celebrated the Christmas season with a two-day meaningful events culminating Calendar Year 2021. On December 20 morning, the Policies and Systems Evaluation Division (PSED) facilitated the Year-End Assessment, highlighting the accomplishments of CSC-RO1 and the various work units, Divisions and Field Offices, respectively. In the afternoon, the PAGWADAN conducted its General Assembly and gift-giving activity.
This 2-day affair was made more memorable with the Concept Development Team (CDT) spearheading the conduct of the Recognition and Family Day cum Christmas Program on December 22, 2021. The event aimed to give due recognition and tribute to the nine (9) Loyalty awardees of CSC-RO1 for 2021 as well as the PRAISE awardees. The Recognition Program was aptly titled PARANGAL 2021: PAGPUPUGAY AT PASASALAMAT with the theme: “ Katutubong Pinoy : Dangal ng Lahing Filipino.
The Loyalty Awardees were the following:
- Atty. Rex R. Ami – 10 years
- Ms. Rosette U. Ronduen-Romero – 10 years
- Mr. Jerwin R. Linsangan – 15 years
- Ms. Gracia Minette A. Mann – 20 years
- Ms. Josephine U. Panela – 25 years
- Ms. Crizelda S. Aguinaldo – 30 years
- Ms. Wilhelmina O. Lomibao – 30 years
- Mr. Walfredo C. Laudencia, Jr. -30 years
- Dir. Flordeliza C. Bugtong – 30 years
On the other hand. Ms. Aiza R. Faminialagao was conferred with the Perfect Attendance Award.
The Loyalty awardees received monetary incentives, two (2) framed Certificates of Loyalty Award from the CSC Central and Regional Offices, respectively, and tokens courtesy of the CDT.
Directors Ami and Bugtong, respectively, gave their response messages in behalf of the other Loyalty awardees.
In the afternoon, the Family Day (Christmas Program) was highlighted with the special virtual intermission numbers by the CSC-RO1 children and the Christmas carol of the St. William the Hermit Parish Youth Ministry, group games, exchange of gifts and the distribution of grocery packs courtesy of the top management.
In all, the celebration was indeed both meaning and memorable specially so that the entire CSC-RO1 organic personnel were all present in attendance and everyone had a grand time celebrating the Christmas season while strictly observing health and safety protocols and standards against the COVID-19 pandemic.
