The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. I (CSC RO I) conducted the 2021 1st Quarter PRIME-HRM Dialogue via zoom on 24 March 2021.  The virtual activity was facilitated by the Policies and Systems Evaluation Division (PSED) and attended by Dir. Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal (RD), Dir. Josephine R. Altura (ARD),, Atty. Rex. R. Ami and Crizelda S. Aguinaldo (Ilocos Norte Field Office), Dir. Romulo V. Nabua and Josephine U. Panela (Ilocos Sur Field Office), Dir. Edgar F. Asuncion and Jerwin R. Linsangan (La Union Field Office), Dir. Flordeliza C. Bugtong and Romel R. Rivera  (Western Pangasinan Field Office), and Dir. Rogelio T. Del Rosario and Sherill O. Corgio (Eastern Pangasinan Field Office) as well as the designated CSC ROI Assistors, namely: Marichu Y. Cuison (Chief HRS, ESD), Marina G. Cabañero (Chief HRS, HRD), Rainier G. Repollo (OIC Chief, PALD), Ma. Rosette R. Ronduen (SI III, LSD), Veronica D. Tamoria (SI III, LSD), and Jimeff O. Bernardo (HRS II, HRD).

The PSED presented the 2020 accomplishments of the Assistors in terms of the Recognition conferred to their designated agencies, respectively, thru a video clip. The 2021 PRIME-HRM targets for the Field Offices as well as the CSC RO I assistors were identified. Issues and concerns were resolved and strategies were threshed-out to meet the targets including the indicative time frames.

Dir. Altura discussed and reiterated the PRIME-HRM process flow and shared her own experiences relative to each step. Lastly,.Ms. Navalta (Chief HRS, PSED) presented the targets for 2022 as cascaded by the Human Resource Policies and Systems Office (HRPSO).     

Over-all, the activity was a success as agreements were reached, concerns and issues were resolved, and strategies were threshed-out to attain or even surpass the accomplishments of the previous year and targets for Calendar Year (CY) 2021.
