It was participated in by 54 officials and employees including the Contract of Service employees, in two batches from 9:00am to 12:00nn and 1:30pm to 3:30pm, respectively.

The webinar was opened by CSCRO1 Director IV Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal. In his message, Director Lardizabal said that while most of the participants if not all are already familiar with accomplishing the SALN form and some are even acting as Subject Matter Expert in trainings related to this, the webinar aims to further enhance the knowledge of  everyone in accomplishing the SALN form. He likewise said that the webinar is not only for CSCRO1 but also for the agencies to be provided with proper guidance and accurate information whenever they ask queries/assistance from the office regarding the SALN.

Attorney Maria Cinderella Marte-Lim of the Office for Legal Affairs, Civil Service Commission Central Office, a Co-Chair, Secretariat for Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). She discussed, among others, the basis and basics in accomplishing the SALN. She responded to several questions particularly on properly classifying properties as it created confusions to some of the participants. She ended her lecture by providing guide answers to possible questions to be raised by clients of the Regional Office.

The Participants were given a Pre-Test and Post-Test to check their level of learnings and are expected to submit their accomplished SALN form as an output for the held webinar.

This undertaking also serves as a pilot testing in preparation for the upcoming webinars intended for all government employees.
